hey, is anyone as big of a fan as i am of this show. i think its great! i was
expecting it to be 'another' show that will disapoint as soon as it air, but i
was pleasently suprised. anyone else?
btw: i hope someone from canada is going to upload the episode today...cause i
cant wait till tomorrow!!!

i totally *love* this show. i was a big fan of 'the west wing' when sorkin was
at the helm (also loved 'sports night' when i caught it in syndication in the uk
last year), and i'm glad that the same literate, fast-paced, engrossing
qualities have returned to tv with 'studio 60'. i've read some reviews that say
the show is a bit smug -- i disagree, and some that argue that the 'skits' for
the fictional show-within-a-show aren't that funny -- which might be true in
some cases but not enough to bother me. apparently the ratings aren't that
high, either -- though with an audience that's more educated and affluent, the
network is still behind the show.
my favourite storylines so far --
*matthew perry and his christian ex-girlfriend -- she is an interesting actress
to watch
*bradley whitford and christine lahti as the 'vanity fair' writer (perhaps i am
projecting, but i think they're going to hook up...)
