how can the mafia sound funny with an australian accent - you're referring the la cosa nostra, & with that comes italians from italy settling in all parts of the world. just because an australian tv series hasn't been through the hollywood blender doesn't make it funny - watch some other aussie crime shows - blue murder |

i wasn't overly impressed with the first two episodes but i think it may have potential. i read on some forum that people have already got up to ep 9. i've also heard reports that people are trying to sell dvd's at building sites (i guess the first 9eps) |

the music was really good in this show, so appropriate - australian music for an australian show. i loved the song at the end which was i still pray by kasey chambers and paul kelly - was just right! |

i think they've done pretty well with this show. i mean compared to neighbours and other homo shows such as home and away this show is a huge leap forward for aussie tv. there are some major plot issues and such but overlook them and u've got urself top class entertainment. thanx for the upload! |
